1. Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Just like our exchange policy, items must be unused, sealed, and in their exact original condition. If the product has been opened or used, the return will be rejected and sent back to you.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be fully cancelled and refunded if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
• After Dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard Returns process once the package arrives.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
