1. Exchange Eligibility
If you wish to exchange a product for a different fragrance, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the fragrance must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

*Please note: For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on perfumes that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrapping.

2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@maisoncavelle.shop with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when exchanging an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
